Can you indicate what client adapter you are using? In the past, we had
thought this was a problem with JavaSVN but if you are running on Windows
you would be using JavaHL by default. If you are using JavaSVN then this
is still likely a JavaSVN problem. I believe Alex had posted some
requests for information the last time this came up. I do not know if he
got and replies.
