You can select just a project or a folder and it will show you all of the
items beneath it that you can revert. I regularly use it this way to
selectively revert some files but not others. Also, given that it is
destroying changes a dialog seems reasonable.

I do not think there is any reason to sigh. A lot of work has gone into
it, there have just been a few nagging issues to resolve. A new pair of
eyes may or may not have helped.
