I cannot imagine Revert not having a dialog. As for Override and Update,
we have the option but it is currently only enabled and implemented when
there is an Incoming and Outgoing change for the same file. About a week
or two ago, someone on the dev@ list expressed the intention to implement
the option for the other scenarios to make it more consistent with the CVS
opion.

I believe this comes along with key binding support. Again, someone has
been working on a patch to implement this feature. They are down to just a
couple of stumbling blocks if you want to pickup the patch and try to
finish it.
