I am not sure I understand. For quite a few releases, Subclipse has not
allowed you to enter a username and password in Subclipse. If you had
pre-existing connections you can change the username and password by
right-clicking and on the connection and choosing properties.

The only other thing I can think of that you might mean would be that you
want to change the login on an active connection within an Eclipse session.
This isn't something we can control, it is in the realm of the adapter you
are using. JavaSVN will cache your credentials within an Eclipse session.
JavaHL, when used via http:// would prompt for credentials on each
repository request, provided that you do not have Subversion cache the
credentials.
