The Checkout and Revert bugs have been fixed and are just waiting for the
next release.

Reverting an Add in Subversion only undoes the scheduled add, the resource
is not deleted. This is normal Subversion behavior. Someone is working on
a change to provide this as an option, it will not be in 1.0.x release
though.

I think the multi-level packages thing is normal in Eclipse until you
commit or maybe until you have some classes in one of the packages. I have
seen this, and it goes away.
