I don't know if this is your problem or not, but wierd things happen if
you copy a .svn metadata folder from the original folder to another. If
you copy a folder containing a .svn folder using the windows file
explorer it can happen for instance. Or using the navigotor view within
eclipse.

Not sure if that's your problem or not tho, but sounds kinda like what
I'd see when I'd do that... if not, try a SVN clean etc..
