Subclipse is responsible for sending resource change notifications, and we
do. And by common, my point is that virtually everyone that is using
Subclipse needs the feature you describe. If Subclipse did not support
it, then how is it that we are all able to use Subclipse just fine?

That said, if you want to look at the code and find and fix the problem,
that is great. Send your patches to dev@subclipse.tigris.org or enter an
issue of type "Patch" in the issue tracker and attach the patch to the
issue.
