Sorry Mark, it looks like it is due to a corrupt repository and is
unrelated to subclipse.

[jdo954@lovie xinetd.d]$ svnadmin verify /usr/local/share/svnrep/DO/
svnadmin: Berkeley DB error for filesystem /usr/local/share/svnrep/DO/db
