[Subclipse-users] Error - Folder " does not exist remotely

I have been using subclipse (0.9.32) on Mac OSX (10.4) without trouble
for months. However recently our server went down (but was rebuilt) and
at about the same time my password was changed. Since then I have been
unable to access 1 of the 2 repositories on this server from subclipse.
I have upgraded to release 0.9.105 but this does not seem to solve my
problem. The exact error message I get is:

Folder " does not exist remotely

in addition the console displays:
svn: Malformed network data

I tried using subversion from the command line for the broken repository
(svn status) and it gives me the diffs so it seems to work fine from the
command line. I have also tried using javahl and when I do that I get:
    Network connection closed unexpectedly
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly

so that is no help to me. I have tried googling around, but have not
found anything appropriate in my case. Any help appreciated.
