Um, I don't quite follow. Where will it be checked out *to*?

Let's say I have no projects in Eclipse at all, but I have a working repository. In that repository is a revision of Project X, and a revision of Project Y. Project Y is referenced as an externals by Project X. Now I use Subclipse to check out Project X.

What will happen?
