The three options were replaced by the single Checkout option. It
provides all of the functionality the three previous options does as well
as several things they did not. Plus it is simpler. Perhaps you are
thinking of the CVS plugin? The Subclips plugin has always overwritten
the existing project files. It has to, the Subversion checkout process
does not support any other behavior. There are patches and plans to
improve this in a future version of Subversion.
