There was a bug fixed in recent versions where if you had a folder and a
file in the folder that was unversioned, then the Add to Ignore option was
incorrectly showing on the file in the Synch view. It is invalid because
the folder that contains the file is not versioned. In this case, the
option should only show on the folder.

Now perhaps we made a new bug and the option is not showing when it
should. I have not tested it since adding the feature. I suspect it is
working correctly.
