Can you send an email or enter an issue with all of the dialogs that are
not resizable that you think should be? I will try to take a look at them.

Given that this feature is implemented by maintaining svn properties, which
can only be done in a working copy, I do not think any of your other
comments can be made much better. Subversion has discussed ideas for
adding support for what they call "inherited properties" meaning they can
be set in one place and "ripple" down a tree. If that were ever to happen
we could likely revisit this feature to make this a lot easier.
