This error usually occurs when there is a problem with the case of the
path. For example, maybe the D:\ needs to be d:\ or Dev needs to be dev.
See the following for a more detailed description of the problem. This
problem manifests in different ways so ignore the details about the error
messages the FAQ says you will see:
