[Subclipse-users] synchronize shows no changes if network is down

Hi,

If the network is down and thus it can't connect to the svn server,
the synchronize view will show that there are no changes. It really
should report an error like "can't connect to svn server is
unreachable" or something like that. Should I file a bug report
for this?
