There are no versions of svnClientAdapter that are not obsolete (don't go
by those markers on the download site). I decided it was not worth the
effort to produce releases. Since it is a technology only to be used in
other Java apps, those apps can handle building an appropriate version for
their app.

svnAnt, like Subclipse, already comes with the right version of
svnClientAdapter. It also comes with JavaSVN, although I do not know what
you do to tell it to use it. If you want svnClientAdapter to use JavaHL
or the CLI you have to provide the binaries. In this case, they would
have to be the svn 1.2.x binaries.
