{Newbie} Error validating location - vcc property

{Apologies if this has been answered, but I can't find it}.

I have installed Subclipse on a Windows XP machine on which I'm also
running Subversion (locally, no web services) I have a repository in a
directory at <http://localhost/Documents%20and%20Settings/All
Users/Documents/SVN%20Repositories>. When I try to set up the
repository location in Subclipse, I get an Error:

Error string not specified yet

svn: The VCC property was not found on the resource

Searching both in the manuals and mailing list, I can't figure out what
the vcc property is nor how to set it.

For the record, I also downloaded TortiseSVN and use it to access the
repository and it works just fine.

Any pointers much appreciated.
