Bugsy : "Invalid Repo URL" error does not clear

I don't know about version 0.9.10x, but in 0.9.37 if there is a typo in
the repository URL, and you hit "OK", it gives you an error, disables the
"OK" button, and there is nothing to do but hit cancel and try again.
Changing the URL does not clear the error message and enables the "OK"
button.
