cvs2svn creates proper Subversion tags/branches from the CVS data. It
does not populate the property that Mark is using to discover the
Subversion tags/branches, though. However, it should be easy to craft a
script to populate that property, and even one that could be run
automatically to keep it up to date as branches/tags are created with
non-subclipse tools.
