First off, you can attach a multi-button mouse to OS X and it will work
great, even scroll wheels. I would highly recommend you do so as
everything in Eclipse depends on right-click menu.

Next, with a single-button mouse, pressing the Control key when clicking
does the right-mouse button.

Finally, in the next release you can initiate a checkout from the New
Project and Import menus.
