I expect this feature to be included into JavaSVN 1.1 version that will be
published soon after official Subversion 1.3.0 release. I've invetigated the
possibilities to add such prompt, and the only problem I could see for now
is that there is now way to detect whether server will need client
certificate or not in advance.

So, JavaSVN may prompt for client certificate file and password only when
certain configuration property is set, for instance
"ssl-client-cert-prompt=yes". This option will be specific for JavaSVN of
course. What do you think on that?

As soon as prompting for client certificate is implemented in JavaSVN (I
think I will have time to that this weekend), Subclipse will have to provide
UI for this feature, the same way it does for ssh key prompt.
