RE: commit reports "no files were changed or added since the last commit" after file

this is in reply to your reply to my previous posting.
(I am not sure how do I reply to a reply in the
mailing lists ? I have just put "RE: " in front of the
old subject)

Anyway, results are as follows

I was on 0.9.35 using JavaHL.

I have now installed 0.9.36.

This time I tried with both JavaHL and JavaSVN.

Still getting the same problem.
No message in the error log. Just a dialog saying

"no files were changed or added since the last
commit".

The files are listed as pending local deletes.
Decoraters show that the project and packages have
changed.

Any more pointers ?
