What version are you using. 0.9.35 had a problem like this in the commit
dialog and it was fixed in 0.9.36. I wouldn't think it would have
effected what Synchronize showed, but I believe it might have effected
trying to commit from that view.

What adapter are you using? JavaSVN or JavaHL? Did you look in your
error log for errors?

If you are not on 0.9.36 try that first.
