Hello,
JavaSVN should use Eclipse keyring to store passwords when used with
Subclipse and it doesn't use native Subversion authenticaion storage at all.
However, I think that it may not work properly with Eclipse 3.0.1.
I would like to ask you, if possible to take a look at the error log for
error messages.
