Hello Robert,
This error could only appear if you're running 1.0.* Subversion server.
Latest development version of JavaSVN includes code that makes it compatible
with 1.0.* servers, so next version of Subclipse will fix that problem.
Meanwhile you may switch to JavaHL adapter, upgrade your server version or
build new version of JavaSVN from sources and manually modify Subclipse core
plugin to use it.
