It just says '(null)' as though it's failing to fetch the url

it's a standard http:// server on our domain.. And these WCs work in 2
other installations of eclipse/subclipse (one using JavaHL and the other
using the subclipse packages javaSVN) it is just this one computer which
is really strange.
