thank you for that link. I did some more tests and for me it seems like to be a bug either in Subclipse or in Subversion: It actually only happens if there is Team/Ignore between Team/Update and Team/Commit. There was really no crashed commit or update before (those worked well, as I can see in the log), and there are no other users working with that repository (I can guarantee that due to access constraints).
 
Very strange. Did anoybody see that before?

These sort of errors are coming out of Subversion itself.

All I can guess is that either:

a) You did not do the update on the folder
b) Another commit has happened in the repository since the update
