Mark,
 
I unchecked the "validate connection" box and tried again.
It worked for a while, then reconnected to the new URL. Cool. :-)
But all my folders now show a questionmark-badge...?

The SVN console is only where SVN operations are logged. There is no SVN
operation that takes place here. This action would happen very quickly,
but if you do not see the decorators when it finished, then something did
not happen.

Have you created a repository connection for the new URL?

You will probably have to look in the Eclipse log for errors.
