My best guess is that you have an incorrect username and password entered
(and saved) in your repository connection within Subclipse. Consequently,
on every action we send an invalid username and password, so you are the
provider then prompts for a new one.

The best thing to do is just have no username and password into your
connections in Subclipse and then just let the provider prompt you (and
cache the value) when needed.
