Workspace Path Validation Error

Hi,

I am using Subclipse v.0.9.33 with Eclipse 3.1 on Windows 2000
Professional. When I try to create new repository location, there is a
error dialog popup with message tells me that the workspace path is not
the same as actual file system path (screen capture attached). The
difference is just a case difference (c:\ and C:\). Changes -data
parameter from c:\ to C:\ do fix the problem. However, in Windows
system, case should not be a concern, shouldn't it?

Therefore, I would like to confirm whether is this function as design or
a bug? Is it is a bug, can I submit it directly or do I need any special
steps first?
