It could be that on your system the plugin generally loads in that time
frame.

Also, what I was saying is that I do not believe that prevents any output
from being logged to the console. I have certainly never seen that. I
think it is just a meaningless error message.

If that is not the case, then that would certainly change this. I see
that message all of the time, and I have never seen my console not work.
Make sure you have the SVN "page" showing in the console view.
