I don't understand, I got the latest tarball from the website, it said
1.2.3 if I remember correctly.

I tried this first, but then yast2 complained that there were dependency
inconsistencies, some neon libraries weren't found and one other too. I
tried to install neon separately then, that didn't work, and that's why
I decided to take the .tar.gz way.
