Can I see who has a file locked within Eclipse

When I try and lock a file, if someone else has it locked, it gives me an
error. What it doesn't tell me is who has it locked.

Reading through the SubVersion info, this information is available if you
ask for info of the controlled file but I can't see where to get at this
information within Subclipse.

There isn't an option to see the properties of a file within an SVN
repository (which is where I would have assumed it would be).

Is there a way of seeing who has a file locked?

I am using the latest Subclipse 0.9.34.

Can someone help?

Thanks in advance,
