Not at the moment. You can see the differences between two
revisions/URL's in unified diff format by opening the merge dialog and
entering the two URL/revisions and pressing the Unified Diff button.

What we ideally need is a way to take a unified diff from Subversion and
give it to Eclipse to let it build its nice UI. Currently, Eclipse does
support this in its API.
