Just to be sure, we're both talking about the black icon with the little
white cross in it?

Just an FYI, in Australia, at road intersections that have a high rate of
accidents, we call them Black Spots, and they have road signs that are
obviously black indicating it's a black spot so be careful. And that icon
reminds me of it. :)

But hey, I can turn it off, so no dramas.

That icon has been there for at least 6 months. We simply changed the
default decorators to all icons, instead of a mixture of text and icons.
That is the only icon that was not already on.

Personally, I love that icon. I think it is also used by the CVS plugin,
although I believe it is off by default in that plugin, just as it used to
be in ours.
