Missing "Team" section in RAD preferences

Hi folks.

I have a team of developers using Subclipse with RAD 6.0. On some of
their RAD installations, the Windows -> Preferences page doesn't have a
"Team" section! So no Team, no Team -> CVS, no Team -> SVN.

It only happens on some of the installations. I haven't checked in depth
how or whether the installations differ, but they all set their RAD
instances up from the same instructions.

Has anyone seen this before and is there anything I can do about it?
