Building Subclipse from source

I am having difficulty compiling subclipse from source checked out from
the subversion repo. I have been able to easily build from source
svnClientAdapter and svnant, though there seems to be no build.xml file
for subclipse.

Please advise on how to compile this plugin. My goal is to create rpms
of these tools, so instructions for building from within eclipse won't
help much - though it would get me closer than I am right now.
