Subversion will only allow you to delete a folder if it is at the HEAD
revision. You need to do Team-> Update first.

We changed the default decorator preference in 0.9.33. But you can still
set them the way you want in preferences under Team -> SVN. Just turn off
the icon decorator and add in a text decorator, or whatever combination
suits you.
