Hopefully you have read my previous reply by now. You are not going to be
able to use JavaSVN with file://. It is worth the effort to implement one
of the two options I gave you as the command line adapter is a last resort
option at best.
As for the URL, I doubt there is anything wrong. The reason I added that
URL field to the screen is so that it would become more obvious what those
settings in the dialog mean. So I show the URL that will result from the
combination of values that you have entered.
