Resources get compared against empty file instead of remote revision

I have this issue with Eclipse 3.1 Linux-GTK/Subclipse 0.9.32/JavaSVN 0.9.2:

When I start Eclipse with several resources already open in the editor
and the resources being under version control since several revisions,
they get compared against an empty file instead of the remote revision
as I double-click on them in the "Team Synchronize" perspective.

I have to re-synchronize again to make Compare work as expected.

Is this a known issue? Should i file it?
