Eclipse 3.x added a new view called Console, under the Basic grouping.
Plugins are supposed to contribute to that view. So open that view and
possibly select the SVN Console from the view drop-down, depending on
whether it is already showing.

Of course you also need to have turned on the SVN Preferences to output to
it.
