Installation document improvements

I have two minor improvements for the installation document:
On Step 2, the screenshot you show indicates the wrong radio button
selection. I attached a screenshot with the correct radio button
selected.
In Step 4, provide the text to put into the dialog, for cut-n-paste:
Name: Subclipse
URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update
Kudos for providing a network installation option for the subclipse plugin!
