There are a lot of us that are using Eclipse 3.1, so there are more
variable involved than just that. Is there anything "special" you can
think of in your project such as use of svn:externals or linked resources?
Is the project physically located in the Eclipse workspace or did you
import from an external location etc...

You can also enter an issue in the issue tracker if you want. The more
details you can provide that might help pinpoint the problem, the better.

You could also try stuff like doing a Refresh on your project and also
starting Eclipse one time with the -clean option. Sometimes those things
can fix installation quirks.
