Svn Import fails in subclipse 0.9.2/Eclipse 3.1: "Unable to open ra_local session to URL"

Hi Subclipse Users,

I am trying subsclipse for the first time. I installed 0.9.2 into
Eclipse 3.1 on Windows XP/Java1.5. I created a subversion repository at
"c:/projects/repository". Subclipse shows it in "SVN Repository View".

However, when I follow the Subclipse docs process for importing an
Eclipse project (ie Team->Share; select existing repository location,
etc), there is a long pause, then I receive an error message like
"Unable to open ra_local session to URL". Nothing relevent seems to be
written to the Eclipse log.

Is this a known issue? Am I doing somethoing wrong? Workarounds?
