Export RCP Bug

Hello.

Has this bug been reported? I can't find reference to it in the issue
tracker or mailing list archives.

When trying to synchronize, run or export an Eclipse RCP application
via the new Production Configuration editor form, I get a popup box
asking me to lock the plugin.xml file. Regardless of whether I
respond OK or cancel, the export or synchronize fails with an error
message referring to a read-only manifest file.

This error only occurs with projects which use SVN and have the
subclipse plugin enabled. "Disconnecting" from revision control
(right-click on project -> Team -> Disconnect) removes the popup and I
no longer get the error on export and synchronize.

Others have also experienced this issue:

  http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.platform.rcp/msg06100.html

  http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.platform.rcp/msg05476.html

I do not know if a similar bug effects projects using CVS or some
other revision control plugin.

I am not subscribed yet to the mailing list, so please cc me on any
responses. If you'd like me to fill out a bug report, just let me
know.

Thanks!
