Sync Problems... Weird Error

A coworker is using WDSc 6.0. We have installed subclipse and am having
problems. He gets the error: "An internal error occurred during:
"Synchronizing SVN(/RemoteSystemsConnections)".
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException ... "

We installed svn and rebooted and is still having problems. Any ideas what
is wrong?
