I have installed on a lot of different systems and not seen that.  Since 
you lost that one preference, did you check to see that you did not lose 
the preferences that control what gets decorated?  Maybe the file 
decorations were lost in the prefs?

I downgraded to 0.91.3 and decoration are not working. svn is working. The update initiate this defect.

How do I check the things you suggest?
