There are a lot of ways to do this in Subversion, but our UI does not
accomodate most of them. The easiest way using Subclipse would be to do a
reverse merge. Let's assume that you committed the file in revision 50.

Do Team -> Merge from the parent folder. The URL should be correct. Enter
50 as the from revision and 49 as the to revision. Merge will Add any
files that were deleted. If there were other changes in that revision,
just use Revert to undo the merge of those changes.
