I have this problem too with 0.9.31. I'm doing a Show History on a moved
file. I can't do a Blame neither.
TortoiseSVN works with this file. I connected the Eclipse workspace to
the already checked out files with "Share Project", so I didn't define
the respository root URL explicitly.

What can I do?
