Licensing questions re win32 dll redistributions

Hi,Not being oto hot myself on licensing issues, can anyone explain to
me why it is that the distribution of subclipse can contain win32 dlls
from openssl, apache, bdb etc without including the relevant licenses
from those projects?

The reason I ask is that my application would like also to distribute
the relevant win32 dlls to aid out-of-box experience on windows - and
I was trying to track down all relevant licenses I'd need to get legal
approval for.
